OUR MISSION

Remember. Honor. Preserve.

The primary purpose of the Lake County Veterans Memorial Association is to remember and honor Lake County military veterans who have served our country, along with the families who have supported them through that service.

Lake and Cook counties are home to more than 1,000 veterans, and the majority of them live in Lake County. These service members and their families add to the foundation of this place we call home.

Through the proposed memorial, the association is working to create a lasting place of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for current and future generations.
